Bozeman has a new Bathhouse!

Umvelt Bathhouse just opened this past week in Downtown Bozeman, and after a lot of hard work, they’ve created a beautiful space I’m really excited about.

They have saunas, a steam room, cold plunge and warm pool, and put a ton of effort into designing a thoughtful, tasteful place to come and recharge.

🏔 The Mountain Project is hosting a Ladies’ Backcountry Prep Night from 7:00pm-9:00pm, for a fun, skills-focused evening. Expect a relaxed crash course in avalanche awareness for the girls, open to all levels, with time to connect with other backcountry-curious (or backcountry-seasoned!) women. Snacks included and raffle prizes on deck. Tickets.

🍜 I-Ho's Korean Grill is hosting a special fundraising dinner with proceeds benefitting Windhorse Equine Learning. Each ticket includes a thoughtfully curated, multi-course meal that highlights the country’s rich food traditions, paired with stories about Windhorse’s work empowering youth through equine-assisted learning. Seats are still available for slots between 5:00pm-8:00pm. Tickets.

🍸 Dry Hills Distillery is hosting a Holiday Pop-Up Market from 5:00pm-8:00pm. It’ll be a cozy evening sipping seasonal cocktails and shopping gifts from local artists and small businesses. 🍜 Roly-Poly Coffee and Golden Goose Street Eats are doing a ramen pop up party at the North Broadway Ave Roly-Poly location at 6:00pm. There will be a live DJ, beers from Japan and Texas, and a whole lot of good vibes. Details.

❄ Friends On Hill is hosting another Mindful Momentum meet-up at the MSU SUB from 7:00-8:30pm, providing a free, low-pressure space to talk about mental health, swap support, and just be around good people. Whether you’re feeling great, struggling a bit, or simply need an excuse to get out of the house, you’re welcome exactly as you are. 🕯️ MSU’s annual lighting of Montana Hall is happening at 5:30pm! Gather outside on the Malone Centennial Mall for free refreshments, holiday performances from MSU music groups, and the traditional light display projected onto Montana Hall. This year’s poster illustration was created by MSU graphic design student Izzi Rukavina. All ages welcome! Details.

🧗‍♀ Spire is hosting a Community Night from 6:00pm-10:00pm with live music, climbing, boulder problems, crate stacking, and plenty of pizza. It’s free for members and heavily discounted for non-members (rentals included), and anyone who brings a food donation for the food drive will be entered to win a free month membership. A fun, low-key way to climb, hang out, and support the community all at once. Details.

🎅 Bring your pup to the 1889 Barn at 5pm for photos with Santa next to the Bobcat Christmas tree! Enjoy a full bar for dog parents, a cozy soup bar, and a free homemade dog treat for every furry friend. (Located at 12670 Port Nell Road.) Details.

🦕 Museum of the Rockies is hosting paleontologist Ashley Hall from 5:30-7:00pm for a lively look at the jurassic coast of Lyme Regis. Expect travel stories and a peek at “Sea Rex,” the largest pliosaur ever found. A meet-and-greet with refreshments will follow. (Registration required.) Details.

🎉 Bozeman Sunrise Rotary is hosting their 2025 Holiday Auction at 5:47pm (yes, that’s the correct time!) at the MSU SUB. Expect a festive night of dinner, community, and both live and online auctions supporting local and global projects. Funds raised go toward Glen Lake Rotary Park, the Fix-Up Festival, book giveaways, Kids Fishing Day, and international initiatives in Nepal, Kenya, and Japan. Tickets.

🧗‍♂ The Mountain Project is back with Community Climb Night from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Expect fun rounds of add-on games, newly set routes, and plenty of snacks and drinks. All are welcome, free to attend. Details.

🎄 Make your own festive wreath at the Phoenix Garden Center’s Wreath Decorating Night from 5:30pm-7:30pm. They’ll provide all the fresh greenery and natural materials, so you can just show up and enjoy yourself! Tickets.

😆 It’s the opening night of Scrooge You at Last Best Comedy, an improvised, audience-guided spin on A Christmas Carol where the cast builds a completely original holiday story around one lucky Scrooge. A portion of every Thursday ticket supports Cancer Support Community Montana, so your night out also helps a great local org. Show starts at 7:00pm. Tickets.

Today, we’re highlighting Boomer, a sweet 9-year-old guy looking for his forever family!

We got to meet Boomer last week and were immediately enamored with his playful spirit and loyal heart. He’s a gem of a dog and we know his perfect family is out there.

We would love to help him find a home in time for Christmas, so if you know anyone who might be interested, please let them know to go scoop him up soon!

You can visit Heart Of The Valley Animal Shelter to meet Boomer any time Tuesday through Sunday, from 12pm-5:30pm.
