🌸 Get Your Sweet Pea Festival Wristbands Early
The 49th Annual Sweet Pea Festival returns to Lindley Park next week on August 7th-9th for a full weekend of live music, local art, theatre, dance, food vendors, family activities, the Sweet Pea Parade, and more.
If you’re planning to go, now’s the time to grab your wristband.
Three-day wristbands are $40 through August 6th, but increase to $60 once the festival begins. Kids 12 and under get in free (they’ll still need a complimentary wristband).
Best of all, every wristband purchased helps support Sweet Pea’s mission of bringing arts and cultural programming to our community year-round.

406 Flea hosts their latest monthly vintage market at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds on Saturday from 4:00pm-7:00pm.
You can shop vintage clothing, local artists, handmade goods, records, fresh-baked treats, coffee, and unique treasures.
Plus, every purchase from the $5 bin supports the Livingston Food Resource Center, making it a great way to shop local while giving back to the community!
Friday 7/31
🦌 The Freezer Burn Party takes over MTNTOUGH from 4:00pm-10:00pm, celebrating Elk Week and the upcoming hunting season with grilling stations, free Bridger Brewing beer, raffles benefiting the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and a community wild game cookout. Details.
🏔️ Wildlands returns to Big Sky on Friday with headliners Riley Green and LeAnn Rimes, and Saturday with headliners Carrie Underwood and Kaitlin Butts. (Jamie McLean and Fader MaGavin and the Risky Livers round out the expanded lineup). New this year is the free Wildlands Family Jam on Saturday morning from 10:00am-12:00pm, featuring a pancake breakfast, face painting, and a performance from Papa Strings with Jamie McLean. Details.
🎶 Singer-songwriter Ella Rae Cole performs live at Field & Stream Lodge from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Details.
🎶 Live music at the Tune Up Bar features alt-jazz singer-songwriter Ocean Lee from 6:00pm-8:00pm, followed by jam band The Scurry from 9:00pm-11:00pm. Details.
🏺 Taylor King hosts a pottery throwing class (called Throw Things: Wheel Encounter) at the Bozeman Community Kiln pottery studio from 6:30pm-8:30pm, where beginners can learn the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel in a fun, hands-on class. Details.
🎨 Studio Wheelhouse hosts an Art of Sketchbook Keeping class from 6:30pm-8:00pm, where participants will explore sketching, watercolor, mixed media, and other creative techniques for sketchbook keeping. Details.
🎶 Pine Creek Lodge hosts rock band Futurebirds for 2 nights of live music on Friday and Saturday from 7:00pm-10:00pm, joined by singer-songwriter Deloyd Elze. Details.
🏁 Gallatin Speedway is back with more dirt track racing starting at 7:35pm. Details.

🎨 Join the unveiling of local artist Bruna Massadas’ new installation together with Random Acts of Silliness on the Gallagator Trail from 8:00am-10:00am, where you can help weave colorful yarn into the community art project. Details.
🌸 4 Daughters Farm is back with their flower U-Pick from 8:30am-12:00pm, where you can pick flowers from their fields. Details.
🥕 Enjoy the Gallatin Valley Farmers’ Market at the Fairgrounds from 9:00am-12:00pm with fresh produce, local ranchers, baked goods, and more. Details.
🍅 Phoenix Garden Center hosts a free Veggie Gardening Class from 1:00pm-2:00pm, where Veggie Herb & Seed Specialist Whitney will share tips for helping your vegetable garden thrive in Montana. Details.

🤠 Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean bring their Double Down Tour to Missoula on Saturday at 6:30pm, joined by Chase Matthew, Lauren Watkins, DJ Rock, and Dee Jay Silver. Details.
😂 Last Best Comedy presents the Treasure State Comedy Showcase with two shows at 7:00pm and 9:00pm, featuring a lineup of Montana comedians from Bozeman, Butte, and Missoula. Details.

🏃 Portal and Roly-Poly Coffee host their weekly Run Club at 8:00am, meeting at Roly-Poly, going for a run, then heading to Portal for an optional sauna and cold plunge session from 9:00am-10:00am. Details.
🎨 Tinworks hosts a Kids Quilt Square Printmaking Workshop at 10:30am, where kids ages 3-12 can create colorful quilt square prints, learn basic printmaking techniques, and contribute to a community quilt on display at Tinworks. Details.
🎶 Live music at the Tune Up Bar features Dead Night from 6:00pm-9:00pm, a monthly Grateful Dead tribute led by local Americana jam band The Hooligans. Details.
🎶 Clint Anderson and the Montana Gazette Band perform at the Library’s Music on the Green concert series from 6:00pm-7:30pm, bringing old-school country music to the library lawn. Details.

🧑🌾 Regen Market is hosting a special ranch-to-table dinner from 4:00pm-9:00pm at B Bar Ranch in the scenic Tom Miner Basin, featuring a guided tour of the working organic ranch, a locally sourced dinner prepared by Chef George Peirce, and an evening celebrating Montana food and agriculture.
