🐔 Cross-The-Road Chicken Co.

If you haven’t made it over to Cross-The-Road Chicken Co. yet, this is your sign.

Located at the food truck plaza on North 7th, Cross-The-Road is serving some of the best, most talked-about fried chicken in Bozeman, fried in tallow (along with their fries).

The owner, Tre, is one heck of a guy, and has made something really special in a short period of time.

My favorite thing on the menu is the CluckleBerry - a fried chicken sandwich topped with huckleberry aioli, pepper jack, fresh Fresno peppers, and compote.

You can find them at 319 N. 7th Ave in the Food Truck park and follow @crosstheroad.mt for specials and updates.
