If you’re not familiar with local artist Jessie Reitan, you’ve been missing out.

A recent MSU graduate, Jessie is a talented graphic designer and artist based in Bozeman…

And is passionate about promoting sustainability, human and animal rights, and creativity through her art.

She just won the 2024 Annual Christmas Stroll Poster Contest, and in addition to her design work…

Jessie creates incredible handmade art, including some of her most popular work: mittens with beautiful hand-drawn art, like this 👇️

🏀 Gallatin High’s girls basketball team made history, taking down Billings West in overtime to win their first-ever Class AA girls basketball title. Way to go!

😆 The Short Straw variety show at Last Best Comedy at 8:00pm. Join for standup, improv, and sketch comedy. 18+ only. Tickets.

🎸 California Guitar Trio performs at The Ellen Theatre at 7:30pm. These three talented guitarists blend rock, jazz, classical and world music in their instrumental performances. Tickets.

Thursday 3/20

📚 Teen Maker Lab: Zine Making at the Bozeman Public Library from 4:00pm-5:00pm. Create your own mini magazine while enjoying tasty treats. Details.

🧠 Trivia Night at Bunkhouse Brewery from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Bring your friends and test your knowledge! Free to play and all ages welcome. Details.

Friday 3/21

🔥 Spring Thaw Bonfire at the Stone Glacier store from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Get a first look at new gear while enjoying free beer and raffles. Details.

🧙‍♂️ The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Extended Edition) screens at The Ellen Theatre at 7:30pm. Tickets.

🎸 Local bands perform at the Gallatin Labor Temple, featuring Icarus, Hot Milk & The Flower Pallets, and Ella Rae Cole. Doors at 8:00pm, music starts at 8:30pm. Details.

🧑‍🌾 The Bozeman Winter Farmer’s Market is back from 9:00am-12:00pm, at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds (Exhibit Building 4). Details.

🦅 Raptor Meet & Greet at the Museum of the Rockies from 10:30am-12:30pm. Meet a live bird of prey and learn about raptor conservation. Details.

👢 Country Dancing with Western Roots at Bourbon from 8:00pm-12:00am. Line dance lessons from 8-9, then dance the night away! More info here.

Sunday 3/23

👰 Wedding dress pop up sale by Dress Express at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds (Exhibit Hall One) from 10:00am-4:00pm. Fitting rooms available, and $5 cover (brides get in free). Details.

🎻 Beethoven's Violin Concerto with Carrie Krause at 2:30pm (pre-concert talk at 1:30pm). Tickets.

Monday 3/24

🏙️ State of the City Address with Mayor Cunningham at the Emerson Center at 12:00pm. He’ll share updates on city news and future plans, and the event will be live streamed on the City of Bozeman’s Facebook page. All welcome. Details.

This week, we’re supporting Jessie’s work with one of her custom-artwork pair of mittens (a $100 value)!
