TOGETHER WITH FURROW & FLY

Let’s talk about English muffins.

Specifically, Furrow & Fly’s artisan local English muffin bakery.

Charly and Will—Bozeman locals and the duo behind the brand—set out to reinvent the classic English muffin using 100% Montana-grown grains and a slow fermentation process that gives them this amazing depth of flavor you don’t get from store-bought varieties.

And they nailed it.

Their flavors range from classics like Plain and Kamut Sourdough, to standouts like Cinnamon Golden Raisin, Rosemary, and Everything.

We recommend toasting one, adding a generous swipe of butter, and bracing yourself for the best muffin you’ve ever had.

You can grab them at both Co-ops, Town & Country stores, Joe’s Parkway, and other places around town.

Check out Furrow & Fly’s website for a full list of locations, and follow them on Instagram @furrowandfly.

🎸 Been enjoying local band Emma and The Ledge this week — voted the #1 Bozeman blues band for the last 2 years, and dang, they can play. Check out their KGVM Spotlight show here.

🍪 If you’ve never tried a chocolate chip or lemon cooler cookie from Mavens Market, you’ve gotta try them. Unbelievably good.
