Howdy, Bozeman!

Congrats to our Umvelt Bathhouse giveaway winner - Jaime Martinez! 🎉 Just sent you an email with the details.

Now, for our big announcement:

🐶 Introducing: Mutt Madness 2026

In honor of the March Madness basketball tournament - and Bozeman’s collective love of dogs - Howdy Bozeman is launching the first-ever Mutt Madness - Bozeman’s Cutest Dog Contest.

We’re on a mission to crown Bozeman’s cutest dog.

Just like March Madness, dogs will compete in a bracket-style tournament, where Bozeman locals vote in head-to-head matchups across multiple rounds until one pup is crowned Bozeman’s Cutest Dog.

Here’s how it works:

  • 🐶 Enter your dog for $10

  • Vote in a bracket-style tournament over multiple rounds for the cutest dogs

  • ❤️ 100% of entry fees go to Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter

  • 🏆 The winning pup gets a special prize package from West Paw

  • 🎉 We’ll host a live in-person finale event at the end of March to crown the winner

Right now, we’re figuring out how big to make the tournament bracket based on how many dogs want to compete.

So before we open submissions, tell us if you plan to enter your dog in Mutt Madness by voting below 👇
