Here are some of last week’s replies:
Shoutout to my best friend Maggie, who always has my back. In our 10+ years of friendship, she has been my roommate, my coworker, my adventure buddy, and my ride-or-die. She works harder than anyone I know. Deserves more than an email shoutout but I gotta hype her whenever I can!
Shoutout to my amazing wife Meghan! We’re due with our first baby in February and she’s going to be the best mom ever!
Shoutout to my neighbor Jerry who makes every day just a little bit brighter. He is kind and caring and I appreciate him so much! Love his pups and how he treats mine 😊
Shoutout to my sister Autumn who is so encouraging and always down for a phone call on good days and bad. Grateful to call her my best friend!
Shoutout to my amazing dance community at Mountain Air Dance! They constantly inspire me with their creativity and fearlessness!
Shoutout to my math teacher Casey! You make math bearable!
Shoutout to Justine at Sagebrush Studio. She helped me create a beautiful memorial tattoo for someone very important to me that I’ve recently lost. Every time I look at the piece, I have a constant reminder of the love that is always surrounding us ❤️
I am so grateful to my sister Anna who moved here this year. She has been such a joy to be with and a huge help to my family and I. My three little kids LOVE their aunt and have so much fun with her. I'm so excited to be finally living near her.
Shoutout to Shane - you have made my life so much better since moving to Montana! You are a gem 💎
TOGETHER WITH ERIC THRELFALL ART 🎨

Meet local artist and photographer, Eric Threlfall.
I recently found Eric’s work on Instagram and was blown away by his ability to bring nature to life through oil painting. (His elk painting in particular is truly spectacular.)
Eric grew up exploring the Eastern Sierras, and after his sister gave him a Canon Rebel 35mm camera at 16, he quickly developed what became a lifelong passion for capturing wild places and animals through photography and oil painting.
Early in 2026, he’s opening a fine art supply store and gallery in Bozeman that will feature his original photography and oil paintings, and serve as a new creative hub for local artists.
You can explore his art and follow his adventures on Instagram @threlfall_art (he’s currently heading out to photograph polar bears!) and his website here.
(And if you want updates on the new fine art supply store and gallery, follow @threlfallfineartsupply on Instagram.)
