ā·ļø Want to Feel Stronger Heading Into Ski Season?
Ski season might still feel a little ways off, but nowās the time to start getting your body ready for winter.
Building leg and core strength 2-3 months before ski season can help prepare your body for the demands of the mountain and reduce your risk of injury once youāre back on the slopes.
Thatās where Excel Physical Therapy comes in.
They can help with injury prevention, movement screenings, strength and mobility, along with treatment and rehabilitation if pain or an injury is already keeping you from doing the things you love.
With locations in Bozeman and Manhattan, their team works with active people of all ages to help them move better, build strength, recover from injuries, and get back to the activities that make living in Montana so much fun.
So whether youāre hoping to ski more days this winter, get back outside after an injury, or just want to know where your body could use a little extra work, nowās a great time to start.
Tap below to schedule an appointment with Excel Physical Therapy and get ready for the season ahead!
